As you know there are a lot of ways to do spring rolls. You can do it with just vegetables, or vegetables with meat, or you can combine vegetables, meat and shrimps, some people do with noodles as well, so it is just really up to you.
I always make big portions of spring rolls and stored it in the freezer. So in our home spring rolls are always present.
So today i’m gonna be sharing with you our favorite version of spring rolls and it is the vegetables and meat 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Ground beef
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 big onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 red paprika
- 2 pcs. big carrots
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 100pcs spring rolls wrapper
How:
combine them altogether. I use a gloves to mix them so the ingredients can really incorporate well.
Now to find out if you have salted enough the mixture before you wrap it, you have to taste it. What i do is.. i make 2-3 small meatballs and fry it, simple and easy 🙂 Now you can taste 🙂
