Dette er enkelt, you can put any vegetables you like.
Here i put shrimps (prawns, scampi), zuchini, norwegian beans, chili, onion, garlic, curry powder, coconut milk, salt and pepper.
First, I deveined the shrimps, salt it a little and put aside until you are ready to use them.
Second, I saute all the vegetables, starting with onion and garlic, after i put all the vegetables together (except the chili.)
Together with the vegetables is salt and pepper and curry powder about a teaspoon, and then a little water just to help it cook a little.
When its half done put the coconut milk, half a can (ca 200 g), and mix.
And lastly, put the shrimps and the chili. Mix them gently now and then so the shrimps can cook evenly, about 5 minutes, and then you can adjust the salt and curry to the taste you desire.
Serve with rice.
